from the earnings report <Fourth quarter operating costs included $2,722,000 of telecommunications costs resulting from the renegotiation and extension of a supplier contract.>

Does anyone know whether this expense was included in analyst's earnings estimates? If not, it would explain the shortfall without being much of a negative.
