Are the sales signifcant or are these insider sells the usual "Price is good so its time to sell some so I can buy that cottage on a good walleye lake...you betcha." (They are in Minnesota of course and everyone's dream is to have a cottage on a good walleye lake).

The total no of shares is only about 8.2 million - not a huge number for a company growing into size like this one is. i wouldn't worry about insider sales.

I would be more concerned about external market factors. I got in at 48.75 and am concerned not about the valuation to price of ZOMX, but I am concerned how this deteriorating market might affect the price.

if I were you I think I would hold off until late next week and see what happens. There are a lot of economic reports coming out next week, and things in the broader market could get rough.
Just my opinion.
