The only spike I remember was around the release of the annual report. I wonder if we will spike this time around...

I hope so. BRK is in danger of replacing CRUS as the dog stock in my portfolio (and thats saying something...)

Here's an interesting metric. Institutional holdings of BRK seem to be around 15% right now -- 230,000 A share-equivalents. Before the merger, institutions owned 5% of BRK. Assuming that there has not been a big institutional shift toward BRK, it is possible that the ownership percentage will fall to, say, 7%. That means that there are another 110,000 A shares, or 3.3m B shares, to be sold. That's rather a lot when B shares trade 15-20,000 a day!

Can anyone confirm the institutional selling theory?
