I wrote to GMGC IR for some clarification of the $20 million investment ...

The $20mm is not a direct investment, it is more like an equity line that is available to the company if they choose to draw from it. The company may choose from time to time to use some of the money or may not use any of the money. If the money is drawn upon, shares of stock will be issued directly to the investor according to market price on that day, "with a slight discount". The number of shares will obviously depend on the amount of money drawn down.

Does that help?

I wrote back thanking her and asked a couple of other questions regarding if there was a time frame and/or share price collar tied to the deal. I will post any reply.

Austin, you were an early subscriber. Have you noticed the service getting any better yet? They had annnounced some improvements, and I suppose we are waiting for the serious upgrade that will make the service better and better. I canceled my service when I came to Australia last Nov.

Regards,

Mark

Here's an article saying that GTE is in the early stages of rollout of Revolv service from Wireless Knowledge. No mention of IVR capability, but I suppose we'll see some GM products embedded in Revolv???
