Hi Jim,

No review on ICI. I couldn't find the place. I went by to check out the menu before making a reservation and I could not find it. Either it was my poor sense of direction or it was just a bit too exclusive so it is now gone. I noticed that another restaurant I was look for was gone too. So much for my out of date Zagat's review guide. I would give Café Un Deux Trois in the theater district a pass too. The food was overpriced and quite bland. I did discovery a funny little restaurant in Soho called the Spring Street Natural. It serves natural foods like range fed chicken and organically grown vegetables. The wine list is meager and poor, the rock and roll music in the background I do without and the food presentation could use some serious work, but the chef there is very talented. Imagine lightly breaded Monk fish served with a Hollandaise sauce, puréed squash with a touch of raspberry for flavoring and snow peas blanched so that they are just right (still crisp and crunchy). I was impressed with the taste and flavour. I also tried to get into the Gotham Bar and Grill but they were booked up solid on the weekend. That was the same day I could now find ICI so I ended up at a grease spoon Thai place near China town. I have had some good meal in some pretty modest looking places, but unfortunately this was not one of them.

It looks like some pretty serious technical damage was done to the market while I was gone. Many of the stocks on my watch list are near or below their 100 and 200 SMA's. This is across a number of sectors including Internuts, brokerages, software and some retail stocks. This is not a good sign. Most the major indices look like they are ready to test their next support levels too. On the plus side I noticed AMGN and ALA trying to break out on decent volume. The new high on INTC looks suspect though, the volume is too low.
