Regarding the downward price spiral... anyone here know if ITEC got involved with floorless convertible preferred stock as a means of raising cash? It is a desperate gamble... and if they did fall prey to such a gambit we are looking at big time stock dilution and worse.

$3 - $5 a share looks more reasonable. JMHOOC

Imaging Technologies Licenses ColorBlind Software to Sienna Imaging

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Imaging Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: ITEC) today reported that it has signed a licensing agreement with Sienna Imaging, Inc. to include ITEC's ColorBlind(R) color management software in Sienna's line of digital photographic printers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Sienna will bundle the ColorBlind "Engine," an ICC-compatible (International Color Consortium) color- transformation engine, which will be built into Sienna's printer controllers for automatic color correction.

In addition, three ColorBlind products will be offered as options to Sienna Imaging customers to improve the accuracy of their digital color printing. These are:

-- Matchbox, an all-in-one, ICC-compatible color-matching solution that

allows the creation and editing of color profiles. Matchbox provides

the customer with the ability to accurately match and manage

photographic color images from input to output using any Sienna

digital photographic printer;

-- Edit, a powerful set of tools for color profile editing aimed at the

expert user;

-- Edit Server, a complete color profile editing and batch-image

processing system.

"We chose ITEC as a preferred partner because of ColorBlind, which is the market leader and a unique family of professional color management products," said John Brenan, president of Sienna Imaging. "These color management tools not only enable our end user to create profiles of scanners, digital cameras, monitors and Sienna printers, but they also offer the Sienna user an upward growth path. This unique combination of printer and color management programs will provide our primary customers, the professional photographers and photo labs, with a powerful set of tools for managing in-house color devices and creating ICC profiles."

"We are extremely pleased that Sienna has chosen ColorBlind software, the most recognized name in the color-management industry," said Richard Stabile, Vice President Strategic Partners of ITEC. "We offer the most comprehensive family of software tools, utilities and applications. ITEC's products allow users to precisely profile every color device in the color workflow using ICC color standards. Users can then use these profiles to process images that consistently and predictably achieve the desired colors."
