Regarding the downward price spiral... anyone here know if ITEC got involved with floorless convertible preferred stock as a means of raising cash? It is a desperate gamble... and if they did fall prey to such a gambit we are looking at big time stock dilution and worse. Gary G

Looks to me like itec is way undervalued. $3 - $5 a share looks more reasonable.
