The bashers were sure quick to try to discredit the Company's acquisition of Teachdaq. In light of the NASD rule change it looks like it may have been a very forward looking move on their part.

Of course the real issues are not the wisdom of becoming involved in training day traders, but rather the issue of value received for value given (a question that remains unanswered) and of course Faustino Pugliese's previous work experience with Stratton Oakmont, a securities firm that had as big a rash of trouble with regulators as Greenway Capital, Charlie Vacarro's first work experience in the securities industry three years ago.

Since there is no way to judge how much dilution has occurred what with their stonewalling on publicaly providing an audited financial account of their expenses, revenues and capital commitments and major stock ownership, then how can any one get too excited? Yet you rhaposdize about this supposed acquisition as though it will be accretive. The truth is you have no facts about that.

Still wondering what the shareholders got out of the acquisition other than dilution...........
