I think that there are few minor differences between the good old aksef and HEC (at this price, of course), the pipe line to start and generate cash flow is much shorter, HEC has some money in the bank to get the short line going. It may be dead money for some time (and indeed the supply of shares at $2 is quite large, apparently), but we are very close to a breakout in the price, and if HEC gets over $2.25 or so, it suddenly become a breakout of a very long term consolidation pattern. It may not do that for a year, but if and when it does, I think a fast double could be possible.
