Why don't you go to different threads and talk some other stocks down such as ZOOX and IOM. You are too altruistic for me. Nothing like yelling fire in a theater filled with blind people. Just say it ...you are a big time short seller of stocks that are in weak hands and your postings are made to start a panic.

Just show your true colors! If I were to short a stock I wouldn't be posting the fact all over the place. I would just do it.

Everone is well aware of what the prospectus says. The question was, do you have facts to back your accusation up?

"BUT here we have a scandal ridden Company with Organized Ties and Possibly some hanky panky..."

To follow up your dilution copy and past, the shares you highlighted are accounted for in the total 47,522,619 shrs outstanding listed in the prospectus. Following is some of what the prospectus says about selling those shares...

"In addition, each Series A convertible investor agreed to a lock up with respect to their shares for a period of 180 days following this offering. The Series A investors, IDT and Mr. Sobel also agreed not to transfer any of their shares to any of our competitors for a period of 36 months, and thereafter only subject to our right of first refusal. However, the stockholders agreement does permit transfers between Series A investors."

Now, just what exactly are you asking me to believe about the transfer of those 42,122,619 shares not in the float?
