What you need to understand is that there is an over allotment of a notrher mil or so ..in addition IDTC can and will sell some stock based on certain conditions being met..In additionn as with any stock of such low caliber.. These guys are and will be busily selling their stock well in advance of any restriction perioiod and filling those short sales with stock once it clears.. tell me what on earth justifies its valuation of 1.5 Billion?? What??????
