Regarding Linda Tripp's indictment:

The simple facts are that 1) secretly taping phone conversations is illegal in Maryland and 2) Tripp secretly taped phone conversations in Maryland. So why shouldn't she be indicted?

If you can't indict a lawbreaker whose actions have been publicized around the world, how could you possibly enforce the law against anyone else?
