Big windows are over rated if you don't have air. I was so excited when I got my place because of all the sun I got....but that was Feb. By Aug. it was a different story.

I have 9 floor to ceiling windows and they sucked out a lot of heat they first year. I had storms made for them and they're much better now. Also the storms being single pane flex a little so the little birdies bounce off instead of being killed.
