Tomato Man, thanks for the most excellent post. I am getting even more excited. I am especially happy that the 2nd quarter revenues will be larger than all of the 1998 revenues, and that the revenues for all of 1999 are still on target to be 5 million. These revenue projections are huge! We are now entering the 8th month of the year and the revenues are still on target (according to MS). These revenues would represent enormous/exponential quarter to quarter increases and would send FNTN share price much higher. Such revenues would drastically increase the perceived future earnings potential of FNTN, and, IMO, the $6 to $10 share price range would be very conservative.

It is also great to hear that MS expects the current filing to be approved by 8/14/98. Perhaps we can look forward to being fully reporting and having the 2nd quarter revenues by the end of August (If this happens, I expect to see this stock in the $1 to $2 range, at least.). Finally the marketing push with new videos should happen in the next 60 days, and I can't wait.

Tomato Man, thanks again for the much needed good news update. I sure hope that MS is being honest and realistic this time.

Hi T-Man

Thank you very much for sharing your visit and conversation with MS & MM.

<Tell me about revenues for the 2nd qtr: Significantly more than all of 1998.>

Looks like revs will be in six figures ( 1998 revenue, $89,169 ).
Great news.

Best Regards
GregB

Hey Tomato Man! Thanks for your report. The good news is that I picked up some more FNTN at 0.60 - 0.61 last week. The bad news is that I may not be able to buy that big chunk at 0.25 - 0.40.
USAB (USABanc.com had a new intraday high Friday of 16 1/2). Has anyone been watching that? My last report during mid-week had it at 14 1/2.Be careful if you invest in that one. AJ Berger (he was here when FNTN touched $2.00)and other day traders are in it, according to message boards for USAB.

TMan Report.

Nice report. Being 3,000 miles away, it is nice to have
a respected member of the thread observe the operation
with their own eyes.

I found one statement very interesting:

"We are bringing in a heavy weight operations person with M & A, finance and operations background. He holds both a JD and CPA degree. He will be joining us shortly."

This might lead one to believe that there might be a little more
going on with FNTN than we (the public) have been informed of.
I know a lot of people like the guy mentioned (who knows I may
even know him), and I don't know any of them who would join
a company with very little revenue (that pays bills by issuing stock)
without doing some serious DD and knowing that things are going
to be much better soon.

Also, if things were as bad as some people might like us to believe,
you would have to wonder why the 2 Alans are sticking around.

Also, I am sure people noticed that Civilization Communications
Corp. filed form 144 to sell 26,667 shares on 7/6/99. For those
that don't know, Civ Com has 1.1 million shares. They had
been engaged as a consultant to FNTN regarding business
planning. They did not even register their shares with the SEC
in the SB-2, so they will have to continue to file form 144 if they
choose to sell. I would think that if FNTN is going down the tubes
like some people would like us to believe, then Civ Com would know
a lot more about it than we do, and they would be selling their shares
instead of filing for just 26,667 shares.

My days of being able to post on the threads are numbered. I too
am changing jobs. In my new position, I will be unable to post on
public bulletin boards, however I will continue to lurk.

TMan,

Thanks for the post.
My estimates:
The 2nd Q revenues should be around 300-400K. Anything bellow 200K will be negative for the stock, above 500K positive.

TM, thanks for the post. Sorry you didn't get "much new information". Sounds like the typical MS stuff - vague, non-committal, "target Date", mostly this, maybe that, exaggerating the importance of relatively minor events, "heavy hitters", no reason to believe otherwise, interested in pursuing, when the marketing push begins, blah, blah, blah, blibbity blah blah.

Doesn't sound like he gave you much of his time, and just brushed off your questions, since he could see he wouldn't be pressed for any real details, or asked any tough questions about past delays, missed deadlines, broken promises and general screw ups.

Thanks for trying though.

Thanks for the Report TM!

What direction are the revenues coming from for the 2nd qtr? Mostly telecommunications.

This is nothing new, it has been stated before this is where most of the revenue is coming from, though I have yet to see any posts on this topic?

What will this restructuring of Siemens do to the relationship with FNTN? It has already helped enormously as I said. Our board member is now in charge of all NA.

As I've stated before, having Siemens as a Strategic Partner is big plus, and the implications will not be fully known for sometime. Though having Stephen Weller on the Board is like having Dr. Werner von Braun working for you when your trying to land a Man on the Moon.

TM - Did you get a chance to ask MS about Voice-Over-DSL?

Thanks for your Report,
JW@KSC

Tomato Man,
Can you let E246 on RB know the address for FNTN.

Anyone on RB, Post this for E246 (from Tomato Man a while back):

"Let me take a minute from the conversation to talk about the new space. It is located in Mt Kisco, NY.
Approximately 40 minutes north of the city with no traffic. It is just down the road from Readers Digest Global
Headquarter in an office park that contains about half a dozen buildings. The space is approx. 4,000 sq feet and
used to be occupied by KKR. It is a very classy space with room for about a dozen employees with a large
conference room."
