Gary, just because a company made a few errors in its past, does not mean that they will continue to do so. I don't wish to expound on why I think they have ceased to make their past mistakes, but based on their current actions I have made my investment. In the past I was not happy with COMS' actions and I did think that they over paid for USRX. For this reason I did not think COMS' was a good buy, but things have changed; first, they have consolidated their acquisition of USRX and have begun to focus more on their core and future businesses. This can only be proven with time.

"pure and simple. Takeover speculation. But it's a small position"

Companies don't take over other companies, unless they see merits. COMS has many; consumer recognition, reputation, its products have reached the level of critical mass and it is well positioned for the next wave of technologies in Broadband and Wireless. It currently has a clear lead in wireless access and the PDA market and their strategy of leveraging the Palm into Broadband and Wireless seems to be doing well.
