Inquired about the patent position of the companies tetracycline analogues, etc: <Could you inform me as to where I can find information pertaining to your "patent position" regarding the CMT's in your pipeling???> And got this response: There is a discussion of our patent position in our 1998 10K, which you can see on the internet through the EDGAR system at www.sec.gov. Note that we have a broad patent covering the inhibition of excessive collagenolytic activity (which is the primary disease process in most of the indications we are investigating) by any tetracycline compound.
