Introduction Market Data Compact

I understand they have a new drug in the works. FDA approval pending.
The drug is called PERIOSTAT. It has completed three Phase III clinical trials. Read that this stock should double. Saw it was rated a STRONG BUY from (2) that follow it.

ANY thoughts?????
