As there seem to be no SEC filings on freeedgar.com, or elsewhere, it would appear that you'll have to call the HQ or IR and beg them from them.

I would also inquire as to what firm they are currently having do their audits; assuming there is one.

Please post what you find out.

MVEE is and has been a Canadian filing company.

And the company is moving toward becoming a U.S. SEC filing company which is what most investors including myself desire.
