Mike, I am aware of several margin calls against insider stock that have been received by CEO's. The CEO's of FIBR, ATCT, and SOLV all had stock sold out from under them when the market moved against them. Your statement that he can't borrow against options/restricted shares is demonstrably false. There are a lot of 'urban myths' that float around these threads. You seem to be stuck in one. BTW, anyone can sue anyone else for anything, it doesn't mean they'll win. I have found it's unwise to wait for proof when investing is involved. By the time it is available the perfidy is priced in. It is pure folly to ignore warning signs. It is how folks get taken to the cleaners in the stock market. That being said, I'll reiterate that I was simply refuting your false (I'm sure honestly mistaken) statement, not making any accusations. Barb
