penni, another possible stop. I read in this morning's paper about the opening of our first O2 club. You can not only sniff oxygen, it comes in scents (flavors?) like tangerine dream and elixer. I'm wondering if that's something you do before or after the wine.

I loved the talk of outer banks. The only time I've been on the east coast was my brief junket to Charleston. I was really taken with it. I've wanted to go to the outer banks since reading "The Prince of Tides". I read it several times, partly for the discription of the area.

<<<Albums tend to make me sad, they don't retell the inner
story for me. >>>

My goodness. I spose you're right.

And right again, that the best ememories seem to pop up in full, whenever they will.

Ooops. Memories.

Pretty jars. You know how fresh ginger smells cold and good when you get your nose right next to it? I love that.

Hmmm...coincidence...or perhaps not...

My mother filled a large, clear, glass jar with seashells from her many walks on beaches in the Keys... She made a lamp out of it and it's still in her living room...

On one of her first trips there, she mailed back a big parcel of shells... We were thrilled, but even more thrilled when a couple of them moved and we found that they had hermit crabs inside of them... We fixed up a "beach terrarium" for them and they lived quite happily in that for years...

Ocean nostalgia... good stuff...
