So you imply that T invested in TCI and MediaOne too early? Not the right time?

Yes, I agree the mass majority of the market doesn't appreciate the difference between a broadband access and a slow dialup. T must create the demand. 5 years ago most people don't even need a dialup modem, AOL created the demand and led to its success. T must do the same to educate the mass that the broadband is indispensable. How? Aside from regular advertising and rolling out, they must adjust the price to force the mass to see value in @Home as compared to other dialup ISPs. To the uneducated mass, the only thing they will notice is the price difference. It's sad but true.
