Customer Service -- A small but interesting point. I changed the account I do my billpay from with Transpoint, who told me it takes 10 days to process the change, during which time I can't of course pay bills, or at least "bill" since they only have one of my billers out of the total of five they have. ANYWAY, I also had to change the payment account from which I pay AMEX online, but Amex did it on the phone, so the payment could be made right away, no delay from changing at all. Why the difference?
