- 1st: MSFT's net presence stinks. Even their Expedia travel service, which is #1, is losing $millions.

- But at least MSFT has a cash cow in its operating systems - which will dominate for years to come

- AOL, though, is the best of the best in $21.95/month service. But look at the onslaught of competition they're faced with. And their multi-billion $$ Netscape purchase is going to prove the biggest boondoggle ever.
