1. why should they make the filing date if they are acquiring stock at such a low price? Would that be the filing date set by the OTCBB? I believe it isn't until Feb. of 2000 according to their symbol: otcbb.com I want to see how things shape up in the revenue department from US2, and the other 2 movies before deciding which levels to place my estimate. I would also be interested in finding out if Mr. Salley's presence has had any effect on mvee's revenues at this point. btw, I saw Mr. Salley interviewed the other day for the first time, he is very articulate and has a good sense of humor.

Tim ....Would it not make business sense to miss the date, drop the stock lower and buy back in the open market large blocks of MVEE. When the float has been lowered and the news comes out ..... BAMM... I think this might be illegal, stock manipulation etc... if they get caught, it would not make any sense. DG
