Market Analysis: A bright side is that only two stocks from August earnings plays finished up over 1 1/2 or so. That leaves plenty of upside!
(Stocks having a great day were on IBD's weekend in graphic review! 2/3 were green at the close today. A free inside tip to insiders :^} ). Good trading. Mike

YNOT, IBM's growth is related to the internet and as Lou Gertsner stated in the last analyst meeting, IBM is becoming the biggest player in E-commerce transactions. As IBM goes so goes the Internet, it is becoming a leader in the industry again. Remember in the middle of April when the Net stocks sold off, it was IBM's earnings numbers that brought the whole sector back. IBM is a good bell weather for the health of the Internet sector.
