I tried to post this message earlier, but the SI gremlins got me.

For those of you using WSRN (and I use it on a regular basis) be aware that their net profit data does not exclude one-time charges. As a result, their PEs will be too high and their net margins will be too low compared to the same data that rightfully excludes one-time accounting events.

DS: On the NTAP home page is an IDC news article (posted earlier I think) showing their market growing roughly 50% annually for the next four years, with NTAP currently commanding 40% of it, and ASPX, the only other company mentioned, at 20% market share.

To double check, I called up the SI profiles on both...ASPX is (currently) holding 5% of the revenue NTAP reported. Do you have any idea as to why these two figures don't jibe...that's a very large discrepancy.

BTW, I placed an after hours order for NTAP in my Roth. I know, I know....dry powder burning a hole in my pocket. No, I didn't use it all.
