Also from yahoo thread-

<ATHM will be set up as a seperate company owned between YHOO & AT&T just like Roadrunner is between MSFT, Comcast & MediaOne.

YHOO+Excite+BSCT will provide the content.
ATHM the infrastructure.
AT&T cable ownership.

The trio is going to rock the internet world.

YHOO will market the ATHM service to its huge customer base.

Anybody serious about internet should buy into this dream of the trio and they will rule the world. >

Hmmm...Tears for Fears, "Everybody wants to rule the World."

E.D., I have much respect for your opinions, but I have to disagree with you on this one. I think that this news is much bigger than you are giving it credit for. This could be the biggest news out of the net sector since AOL bought NETSCAPE. This could literally shape the internet of the future. Think about it. Broadband is the future of the net and ATHM is the link. ATHM in the right hands, will guarantee a major broadband position....!

A lot of investors will be selling/shorting YHOO if they believe this rumor is true. The dilution would be huge and the market will hate it.
