Dont get me wrong, I completely agree! YHOO & ATHM would be a shock the world combination.

My "guess" that the market will not be that excited is based on the fact that it is a rumor of negotiations for a possible as of yet undetermined deal in a time when the net is severely out of favor and the market is extremely weak while waiting for more economic news. Whew! How many qualifiers can you put on it?

Either way I'm not letting go of my ATHM, nor am I buying more (bought some today @44). Its only a test of my ability to "guess" the mood of the market. I sincerely hope I am wrong.

I wish you wouldn't have said that, if my memory serves me correctly netscape didn't move up that well in the beginning. I hope I'm wrong on this but it seems it stayed in the mid to high twenty's for ever.
