COMS is
ready for battle with MSFT

Oh c'mon.. you can not be serious. Tell me you're joking!!!

The IBM deal is a worthless peice of paper. Even the market said so - the stock prices didn't move.

This is a cross licensing agreement allowing each company to use the others technology without the threat of patent litigation...it will not, by definition, generate ANY revenue until one of the two companies begin integrating the techology. IBM's NHD group has been struggling for years - partnering with COMS is very strange - I will say that, but there is very little here of any substance.

Battel with MSFT ? I don't think so. COMS have 50% revenue from their
NIC business which runs windows platform. Unless COMS wants to commit
suicide, there is no way it ever have guts to fight against MSFT but
kiss its a**..
