Jon C -90% of the shares I bought in companies over the years have had 100 million or more shares Authorised, that meant nothing, they all have that, the shares "issued" is the key, and from what I can gather it's 34 million for X-Stream. I was shocked by the high number of shares "issued" by freeserve. Looks like X-Stream only has 29.5% of that Freeserve number.??--X-stream said they were going Global, now we have the great UK move, the European move, South Africa and now MCI Worldcom in Japan, I would say China will be next (Hong Kong contacts are strong by British companies). When I talked to X-Stream last week I had just 2 or 3 questions that took up 2 or 3 minutes, and asked if X-stream Network--"XSNI" (the shares that I bought on the Nasdaq BB) owns the works including X-Stream's UK-ISP and G.O.D., the answer was YES, what more can one do???
