Til after Labor Day my basic position is to accum cash and wait. Fully valued net stocks, FOMC decision at end of month, the general down trend in august; i don't see any reason to rush and buy anything. talking about DC: i believe it hasn't fallen below 70 this year but that doesn't mean anything going forward. August is a long month; ain't no reason to rush to buy. maybe put in a buy limit at an outrageous price like $60 if the market tanks after a rate hike....
