There was a trade typo. The trade was at .0189 not .089. This triggered everyone's E*Trade watch alerts (including mine).

More importantly, another 10KSB was filed. Here is one bit of information many have been looking for:

As of July 28, 1999, 749,900,000 shares of Common Stock, $0.05 par
value per share, were outstanding. The aggrgate market value, held by non-affiliates, of shares of the Common Stock, based upon the average of the bid and asked prices for such stock on that date, was approximately $7,448,897.

Brady - ETrade's Alert system sometimes sucks. I've had erroneous alerts and no sign that an actual trade had gone through at the price they note. You just have to reset the alert.
