Shorting the rallys is wise, since we believe the bottom is still a ways away. This time last year, the market fell for nearly an entire month, without barely blinking. And as we discussed months ago, the volume is dry. . .and of course that will effect the bottom line of the brokers. . . though last year was similar, so it may show little change when compared to same quarter last year. Don't even tell me about 30 year rates. . . I am about to get all 4 of wife's kids back for the school season [they spent summer with their dads] . . .and as they grow this house seems to get smaller and smaller. Just like I called each of the major market swings and effects for 1999 well in advance of them . . . . you called the broader economic picture and direction of our primary economic indicators exactly right . What a team. It sure is nice to know what is down the road before you come upon it. Rande Is
