I like your questions, and as a shareholder myself I think we have some of the answers, such as 960,000 shares placed @ 1.00 + an equal number of warrants that can be exercised over 24 months @ 1.50. But, I like you, are very much interested in the purchaser.Do you have knowledge of any other recent private placements? Perhaps with this companies relation with Molex and to a lesser degree Cisco they may have something to do with this placement, and perhaps that may have something to do with the minimal information supplied to date. In any case the stock seems to be responding well today despite a down market for most techs. Regards, Bob
