Greenleaf Technologies and BroadcastDVD Announce
Exclusive Partnership to Include Interactive Video
Magazines with DVD Spectacular Encrypted Game
Packs

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 1999--In a bold bid to ride the crest of the burgeoning market for DVD
ROM enabled computers, Greenleaf Technologies Corporation (OTC BB: GLFC - news) and BroadcastDVD today
announced a three year, exclusive partnership which they hope will bring encrypted ''try and buy'' games (Encrypted Game
Packs, EGP's) and interactive broadband video magazines into millions of homes beginning this Fall.

''The synergistic nature of this partnership shows how entertainment content providers, software companies and advertisers will
maximize the value of the enormous amount of space that DVD ROM offers,'' stated Greenleaf executive vice president
Christopher Webster. ''The DVD Spectacular Series will feature nearly 5 gigs of encrypted games on one side of the disc and
a 4 gigabyte broadband magazine on the other side of the disc; over 14 times the amount of content you could fit onto a CD
ROM''

Announced earlier this year as a partnership between Greenleaf, Warner Advanced Media Operations (WAMO) a business
unit of WEA Mfg., a Time Warner Company (NYSE: TWX - news) and Infogrames, the DVD Spectacular Series of EGP
discs will be offered for free with DVD ROM computers directly from OEM's and at the point of purchase.

''The DVD format has experienced phenomenal growth and we believe that this growth rate will continue, if not accelerate,
over the next several years,'' continued Webster. ''With five great games available on one side of the disc at a fraction of their
retail cost and a free video magazine on the other side of the disc, the EGP's are sure to get people excited about DVD
equipped computers,'' continued Webster.

''It's a very exciting day for BroadcastDVD,'' said BroadcastDVD vice president of marketing Scott Epstein. ''Over the next
few years, we will introduce broadband DVD magazines in the areas of film, fashion, sports, music, and half a dozen other
affinity driven areas. The DVD Spectacular Series will help us attain the circulation necessary to make these video magazines
thriving consumer advertising publications supporting web-connected banner ads, web-connected broadcast spots, catalogs,
rich media web sites and more,'' continued Epstein. ''The industry anticipates that advertisers will spend millions of dollars to
place ads onto broadband DVDs, and this win-win partnership puts our company and the other partners in the DVD
Spectacular Series at the forefront of an industry that is poised to explode.''

First up for the DVD Spectacular Series will be a DVD including Super Bubsy, V-Rally, Test Drive 5, Jack Nicklaus 5,
Hardball 6 2000 Edition and a special DVD ROM version of BroadcastDVD's, FILM-FEST DVD - a video magazine that
takes viewers to the best film festivals in the world. Contents of the video magazine will include interviews with THE BLAIR
WITCH PROJECT Directors, Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sanchez, and filmmakers and celebrities including Tim Roth, Eric
Stoltz, Sheryl Crow, Guy Pearce and Robert Carlyle. Also included is an hour of award-winning short films from the latest film
festivals.
