I agree that MSFT's chart is beautiful, and I agree that MSFT may go down slightly from here. But I do not think it will revisit it lows from this May (~75) throughout the end of the year. I point to last years trading pattern as an example. Even with the big correction last October, MSFT did not touch the low for MSFT set in June 98. To me, this chart tells me that MSFT has a very good shot of bottoming out at these levels, although it may have another 4-5 points of further downward exposure, and that we may not be able to buy the stock at these levels for a very long time once MSFT regains its positive momentum.

I think I just convinced myself to buy more shares today, LOL!!!!

Almost forgot, I wanted to build upon something that t2k pointed out. If indeed INTC is breaking out, and it has taken INTC six months to do this, INTC may very well help MSFT accelerate its northward climb.

Well , your prediction for Microsoft was $67 when it hit $76. It just never happen. How many shares did you short on MSFT this time ?
