Strange, I thought we still had freedom of speech in this country. Somebody should have told me they repealed the 1st amendment. Even more odd, I don't believe everything I read on the internet.

I believe SBTK is a great buy at this level and here's why.

BTW people like pluvia should rot in hell, and the company should be congradulated for not taking this sitting down, and chose to PROSECUTE him. It's hard to build a conmpany, it's easy to destroy. Shaking people out of a good stock is a crime. Also BK companies don't sue.

The company is at all time low below BV, has LT debt only of $85 million, and current assets to cover it. THE COMPANY HAS TWENTY MILLION or $2 PER SHARE ***CASH***.

There are only 10 million shares outstanding and only 7 million in the float (insiders own $2.5 million).

I don't believe the audit will be bad (and even at its worst, so what the stock declined already 70%).

I hear that insiders will be buying big time when they are again permitted after the report is released. The company has ample cash to take off 2.5 million shares at these levels.

Supply and demand dictates that these shares will leap quickly to $10 as the audit will be released.

THERE WILL ALSO BE A CC CALL.

What a bargain at these levels.
