It just seem so predictable - reminds me of the commodities' markets and seasonality issues in those pits - I'm trying to think what is different and counter-trend but for Naz issues in particular today, there was no fighting the tape - that's for sure. Ah, tomorrow is another day - is the sky really falling? Maybe it is and I can't see it - may cost me a few dollars to be really convinced to cave in and throw good long-term investments away because of ??????????????. I guess people love those 5% t-bills (give or take depending on maturity), and boy - I really want to put my money in 30-year bonds and get what 6 1/4% - 6 1/2% if rates ratchet up a little. And I get to pay taxes on that wonderful wealth-building interest the government is going to give to me. Yeah - sure - a way to the poorhouse in the long-run IMO. So I'll keep my shares and sit back and watch everyone jump in the sea like penguins - I'll stay with the risk takers and therefore, the wealth builders. Hell - you can't take it with you. AG will print more if need be - he likes to get back at the markets now and then for showing him up about that "irrational exuberance" speech - he'll show the markets a thing or two - "there - take that markets - a left and a right - pow, in the kisser - don't mess with me - I'm the Chairman of the Fed - give a little back now so I'll let you play once more - we need to play, don't we - if we all stop playing the markets' game - holy s**h - we'll have a big mess on our hands - a really big mess."
