Melatonin is a good joke on all of us.

I do have some suggestions, but they are not really for the Family Channel. (Although you keep telling us that you should be sleeping soundly....) Perhaps the Rainbow Room is not what you should be checking out?

[Edit: I didn't look too closely and thought I was still tweaking Terry! Have you tried chamomile tea brewed extra strength with no honey (the sugar can keep you awake) and sweetened if you need it with a bit of jelly?]

If you take too many melatonin, you'll get a paradoxical awakeness. May I suggest that you try my favorite evening "cocktail," four melatonin (3mg.), 2 GABA (500 mg.), and if that doesn't work, add one benadryl? Two hours before bedtime. Not too much alcohol, it messes up the sleep cycle.
