I think that this has been discussed before, but maybe someone can refresh my memory. I know it's a little early to worry about this (I don't know the roadmap by heart, is it 6-7 years?), and I know that even if Cymer's EUV product doesn't become the widely accepted standard that Cymer's lasers will still make non-critical layers. But let's assume that Cymer's EUV product beats out the EUV consortium's. What will be used for masks? Is this as up-in-the-air as the light source issue? Jay
