If you are on Netscape, go the "View" on then "Page Source"

On classic SI, the first line has the tag:
<TITLE>SI: REAL SI PETITION FORUM (#95/95)</TITLE>

(actually there is also a bold tag in there)
and that is what shows up in your history list of pages you visited.

The Beta site has the informative:
<title>[ Silicon Investor - StockTalk ]</title>

It should take them two minutes to fix.
