I am saying what I am thinking, it should make sense to somebody, otherwise maybe I am having my first headache.

Anyway, I could be wrong, but that's how I think.

This is not a "death spiral" scenario because AMZN won't be forced to issue a bunch of new stock if their stock falls. Instead, it is a BOST type situation.
