Thread- ON TOPIC- This is important. You may need to register with the NYT to read this, but it's free. nytimes.com I am reminded to Alexander Solzhenitzyn's claim that it would have been better had the US not given the Soviet Union assistance (primarily the Lend/Lease program) after WWI. Despite the millions(?) of lives it spared, it also allow the horror of Soviet communism to maintain its power. (and a tip of the hat to Steven Rogers for mis-spelling his name in my last post. Stephen is another gentleman.)
