In the last several CCs I think management has made it clear that much of the handset ASP decline happens at the beginning of the year. In contrast ASIC ASP decline happens throughout the year as customers ramp up their need for ASICs and get volume discounts.

The theory being that, after the holiday selling season, either lower seasonal demand and/or new model selling season (calendar Q-1) dictates discounts/reduced selling prices on handsets? Does that also fit with "ramp up" in need for ASICs over the course of the year? Does the 10-K address the seasonality implicit in your statement?

Best. Steven
