Why in the world would anyone buy all that debt for $1.5 billion? They can buy all the debt for les than that and take the company. The company has no way to pay it's debt service except to have more cash infused, and even if that happens, there is no real demand for the service. Then there's the little matter of the sattelites needing to be replaced in a few short years. The numbers just don't work. Basing a 'fair' market price on the result of a temporary short squeeze is just silly.
