Pardon ME! This thread is here to discuss the stock in any way anyone sees fit... Not just merits! I don't think this stock is a Pump & Dump! I think there's another reason for the drop... Does anyone know? Joe

Also, I'm not sure EDIG would qualify as an IPO since the company had already been trading in the market under another name. I don't think just a name change would make it an "INITIAL public offering." Otherwise, any company could decide to just call itself something different and issue an IPO.

Try to remember that insiders are selling with both hands. I began to lighten up my position...which was huge. I'll keep a feww thousand per account in case this is real, but I've lost a lot of faith. Not fighting back at all after that article was the straw. I hope these guys are real for everyone's sake!

They were all set up originally by him.
