Personally I have wrestled with the self defense aspects as a christian but believe that for myself if someone comes at my family with a sword <gun> they risk dying by the sword <gun>. Some may feel uncomfortable with guns and rely solely on faith -- that is a personal decision everyone must make. My point was seeing the bloodletting on the thread and visciousness I can only imagine how people will turn on each other in real turmoil. Jeff
