Boy, Shafik, I hope you are right, but something in my gut tells me some things are different now. I am basing my attitude on my market call right now. There are a lot of reasons I could list, but the bottom line is we are very overextended and the FED is no longer on our side. If the market tanks, as I believe it will, mspg will tank with it. In fact, I think the Net stocks are already leading the way big time. In the case of the mspg story, I think it will continue to go down under the distribution it is now in and will get a buyout offer from someone( my favorite is Bell South) who will pay a " premium" for the stock. That premium may make today's prices look pretty good. Bob
