Once again Average Schmoe opens his yap and a pile of sewage is emitted. If you really want to compare the level of corruption between third world countries and ours then I have further evidence of your mental incapacity. Just because the poor people you see are smiling and wearing clean white shirts doesn't mean anything. Most of these people realize that they have progressed as far as their society will let them and so happily accept it. Does this mean they have no corruption? What a joke.
