You do the math. Many here have IPO stock, which is now at a cost adjusted basis of $5.50/share.

At it's peak, QWST stock was almost 9X that price in 2 years.

Now, it's a very respectable 5.3X in 2 years.

However, that's a TON of dough to lose in 3 months. While many have lost paper profit, MANY are DOWN that amount in PAPER LOSS, after having bought stock in the 40's.

There is some serious voting going on, and I don't like it one bit. I moved out of 40% of my LT stock at 29.5. It bothered me to sell it, but this has gone on long enough in my mind. I don't know how to change it, or what can.

What is BLS saying? WOW, did they get shafted! How about MSFT's investment? A fraction of what it was.

This entire thing is unravelling. Upgrades have done nothing to help the stock (only the DT rumor moved it up.....and then back down)

With a note of cynicism, I do hope they push this down until QWST cries "Uncle".

Sorry for the venting.

Steve
