Eric, I posted over on the CDAT thread that since BNEZ was never a reporting BB company and didn't have any paperwork filed with the SEC, CDAT is having to start the process from scratch, financials for last year are done and most of the forms are filled out. They are just waiting for the 1st quarter financials and then it should start to trade within 60 days from now. But I am in no rush, I would rather have them do it right the first time than get suspended or put off for 45 days because they tried to cut corners, which IMHO that is the last thing Mr. Kane wants to do. If you do some DD on the on-line legal reseach, it is a massive field that has opened up and could mean big money for CDAT, they are already looking for programmers to start the software for it. mitchell
